Why do I need to reactivate my software?

There are a couple of reasons you may be prompted to reactivate your software:
  1. New domain name
  2. Accessing the project via the IP and not the domain name
  3. Making changes to certain configuration files
  4. Adding new modules
If you are prompted to reactivate your software please reach out to the support department and they can assist in getting your site reactivated.
