Add Locations Error on Initial Setup

I just signed up for the hosted site and on the Welcome to your Admin Dashboard there is an option by locations to automatically have the base set of locations (US, UK, Can, Aus) added automatically. When I did that I got a message saying there was an error and to contact support.

Any ideas on how to resolve this? I no longer have option to load those locations in any of my dashboard screens.

Hello Thomas,

I’ll get a tech to look at this, typically it won’t auto load the list after locations have already been put in the directory to avoid conflicts.
