How to Check and Edit Reviews

The process of reviewing and editing user-submitted feedback is straightforward and applies to both business and article reviews. The Ad Rating tab serves as the default section for managing reviews.

Step-by-Step Guide to Managing Reviews

Access the Site Manager Dashboard
- Log in to your eDirectory account as a Site Manager.
- Navigate to the Activities tab located on the left-hand side of the screen.

Locate Reviews & Check-ins
- Within the Activities section, click on Reviews & Check-ins to access the list of user reviews.

Edit or Delete a Review
- Find the review that needs modification.
- Click Edit Review under the Options heading to make changes.
- If you need to remove an inappropriate or irrelevant review, click Delete under the Options heading.

Modify Review Details
