How to Send a Custom Invoice
Introduction
Sending custom invoices is a key feature in eDirectory that allows Site Managers to bill members for specific services or charges. Custom invoices are sent directly to the member’s registered email, ensuring a streamlined and professional billing process. Before sending a custom invoice, it is important to configure the invoice email settings in the E-mail Editor to ensure the correct template is used.
To configure your custom invoice email, follow this path: Site Manager > Design & Customization > E-mail Editor > Custom Invoice.

Steps to Send a Custom Invoice
- Access Revenue Reports
Log in as Site Manager and open the Activity tab on the left side of the screen. Click on Revenue Reports.
- Navigate to Custom Invoices
Click on the Custom Invoices tab, which is located at the top middle section of the screen.
- Add a New Custom Invoice
In the upper right corner of the screen, select Add Custom Invoice.
- Enter Invoice Details
Under Custom Invoice Information, enter a Title and select the Account to which the email will be sent. Then, under Custom Invoice Items, provide a Description of the items and enter the corresponding Price.
- Proceed to the Next Step
Click Next, located at the top right or bottom right of the page.
- Customize Email Details
On the next page, you can add CC and BCC recipients to the email. Additionally, you can modify the subtitle and body of the email. The body will default to the custom invoice email template set in the E-mail Editor.
- Send the Invoice
After making the necessary changes, click Send. The invoice will be sent to the selected account owner.
