Within Settings -> Email Sending Configuration -> Administrator E-mail, the Site Manager has the primary option to enable the E-mail sending configuration.

  • Enable Email Notifications for All Actions: Check the box labeled "Check this box to enable email notifications for all actions in the directory" to activate the entire system email notification functionality.
  • General E-mail: In the "Enter the email addresses separated by commas that should receive notifications for all actions" field, designate one or more email addresses that will receive all system-generated notifications. If multiple email addresses are entered, ensure they are separated by commas.

Advanced Settings for Specific Actions:

The eDirectory system also allows for granular control over email notifications for specific content types through Advanced settings, organized into tabs for:

  • Listings

Within each of these tabs, the Site Manager can enable notifications for the following actions:
