I cancelled my service, why are you still charging me?

Due to the nature of this external system, there can be a slight delay in the reflection of billing changes. This is precisely why we request a 15-day advance notice for all cancellations. This timeframe allows sufficient processing time for the cancellation to be fully implemented within the third-party billing system and ensures that future charges are effectively halted before they are issued.
However, if you have been charged in error after your cancellation, please be assured that we will promptly rectify the situation. Upon notification of the incorrect charge, our billing department will initiate a full refund of the charged amount back to you within two business days.
