📍Where to find it?

You'll see the chat icon (in the bottom-right corner) in our eDirectory Support Help Center. Just click it to open the help panel.

Once it opens, you can select between three options: AI Answers, Email and Chat.

Note: If the button is not available, wait for a few seconds to load.

Note: Live chat will only be available within our operational hours, from 8 am to 5 pm (EST)
