  4. You'll be prompted to type in your question to start the chat and later a confirmation of your email address just in case we lose connection mid-chat.

Our team is available to chat during regular business hours (8 am to 5 pm [Eastern Timezone]). If it’s outside of those hours, you can try our AI Answers or simply send us an Email — we’ll get back to you as soon as we’re back online.
