Setting Up Awards & Badges for Listings

Accessing Awards & Badges
To begin, navigate to Sitemgr -> Promote -> Awards & Badges. This section allows you to manage all badges that can be assigned to listings.
Creating a New Badge
- Click on "Add new Badge" to create a new badge.
- A menu will open where you can set the badge name and upload an image that will represent the badge. Once you have entered the details, make sure to save your changes.
Note: If you want listing owners to be able to assign this badge to their own listings, check the box labeled "Listing accounts can select this badge". Otherwise, leave it unchecked if you prefer only the site manager to assign badges.
Assigning the Badge to a Listing
- Navigate to Sitemgr -> Content -> Listings.
- Select the listing you want to assign a badge to and click Edit.
- Scroll down to the "Listing Badges" section.
- Choose the badge you want to assign to this listing.
- Don’t forget to save the changes at the top of the page.
Viewing the Badge on the Website
Once a badge has been assigned to a listing, it will appear on the listing page on your website, showcasing the award or recognition the business has earned.
Enabling the Badge Feature
To ensure that badges can be set for listings, you need to enable the "Listing Badges" feature. Go to Sitemgr -> Settings -> Products & Plans -> Manage Products, and ensure that the option is enabled for the listing level you want to use.
