First of all, Thank You for your order. Once the order has been placed you can expect the following:
1. Inside the Order Confirmation email you receive there will be a link to your 'Setup Checklist'. This checklist will ask a variety of questions that help us to prepare for the instillation of your eDirectory system.
2. Once the setup checklist has been received you can expect your instillation to be completed within 3 to 5 business days.
3. Once the instillation is complete a member of our support department will reach out to you via email with all the essential information you need to begin configuring your eDirectory system including IP Address and DNS information (if hosted with us) as well as Sitemgr Access Information, and access into your ChagneRequest.com account.
In the mean time, while you are waiting for your setup, we encourage you to visit our online resources and users manual that will help you navigate the site once the instillation is complete.
