Enhanced Phone Number Statistics in Version 13.6

Introduction

We're excited to announce a significant enhancement in eDirectory version 13.6 that provides you with richer data on how users interact with your website. The key improvement lies in the tracking of user engagement with phone numbers: clicks on additional phone numbers listed within listings are now recorded in your statistics reports, mirroring the existing tracking of primary phone number clicks for listings, events, and classifieds.

1. Comprehensive Phone Number Click Tracking for Listings:

Site Manager Perspective:

  1. Navigate to the specific listing you wish to analyze within your Site Manager.
  2. Click on the listing title, then select Traffic Reports.

Within the Traffic Reports, you will now find two new, valuable statistics fields providing a more complete picture of phone engagement:

  • Phone Number Clicks: Tracks clicks on the primary phone number associated with the listing.
  • Additional Phone Clicks: Tracks clicks on any additional phone numbers provided within the listing details.

Sponsor Perspective:

Business owners and sponsors can also access this enhanced phone number click data directly through their individual dashboards.
