eDirectory’s Page Editor is a great tool for easily changing the layout and design of your pages.

 

With our Widgets, you can drag and drop sections of your pages and change the positions of desired elements to a position of your choice.

 

Right below there’s a description of each section and its widgets:

 

Header

 

Header With Contact Phone: a Widget that allows the header menu along with Contact informations such as your main Phone contact.

 

Navigation with Left Logo plus Social Media: with this Widget you’ll be able to place your logo on the left and include your social media links such as Facebook and Twitter for example.

 

Navigatio with Centered Logo: a plain navigation bar, only with the logo centered.

 

Header: our standard navigation bar, with the logo placed on the left side.

 

Common

 

 

Browse by Category Block with Images: this Widget will display your featured categories along with their images.

It’s important to note that widget will automatically gather the categories of each module, depending on the page it has been inserted. In case it’s inserted on the homepage, only the Listings categories will be displayed.

 

Browse by Location with Right Banner: this Widget will display your featured locations on the page it has been inserted. It’s important to note that only locations which have listings added to it will be displayed, and it will be automatically populated with the locations as soon as a listing entry is added to it.

This Widget will also insert a Wide Skyscraper banner if you have one of these added on your Site Manager.

 

Download your apps bar: a simple Widget that will allow you to inser the links to your apps on Google Play and iTunes for the users to download it. The background image of it is no changeable.

 

Custom Content: a Widget that allows you to insert rich HTML content into any section you place it. You can include images, texts and also other features to it as well, by using the HTML editor.

It’s very important to note that the content added on this widget will NOT be mobile-responsive as a standard, so use your CSS knowledge to make the magic happen.

 

Search

 

Search box with Slider: a Widget that allows you to insert sliders behind the search bar. You can add up to 5 sliders along with a descriptive text and links to it.

The colors of the links will be the standard ones configured on Design & Customization -> Colors & Fonts.

 

Search box without Slider: the same one as the above, only without the slider and with a main image behind it.

It’s important to note that this image is configured directly on the Widget, so if you add it on another page, it will automatically get the last added image to it.

 

Search Bar: a smaller version of the Search Box without Slider widget, you’ll aslo get an option to insert a descriptive text on the left side.

Be careful when you save the changes of this Widget, if you mark the option to “Apply the changes to all pages”, all of the other texts will be replaced to the latest one.

 

Search Box: same as the above, only without the option for adding the descriptive text.

Banners

 

Leaderboard ad bar: a Widget that will display an already inserted Leaderboard banner.

 

3 rectangle ad bar: a widget that will display Large Mobile banners, and also a Google Ad if you have the integration set up on your website on Configturations -> Google Integrations

 

Banner Large Mobile, one banner Sponsored Links and one Google Ads: a widget that will display Large Mobile banners, Sponsored links and also a Google Ad if you have the integration set up on your website on Configturations -> Google Integrations


Listings

 

4 Featured listings: a Widget that will display 4 listings which level is set up as Featured on your Manage Levels and Pricing section.

 

3 Featured listings: the same as the above, only with 3 listings instead.

 

Best Of Listings: this widget will display the Listings which have the best reviews by the users. If none have reviews, the most viewed will be displayed instead.

The Best listings will be grouped by its categories.

 

Events


 

Events calendar: this Widget will display a Calendar, highlighting the dates which have events happening on it.

It’s a very large widget so it will take most of the space on your page, use wisely.

 

Featured Events: just like the Featured Listings Widget, this one will display the Events that are under a Featured Level. (and also if they are not past their end date as well)

 

Upcoming Events Carousel: a Widget that will display only the dates which will have events happening to it. It has a Carousel design so you can slide the dates from left-right and vice versa to browse it.

 

Special Events: Similar to Best of Listings, this Widget will display the Events that have the most views.


Articles

 

 

3 Recent Articles: a Widget that will display the 3 most recent articles added on your website.

 

4 Recent Articles: just like the above, only with 4 articles instead.

 

3 Must Read Articles: this Widget will display the most viewed articles from the website, not being able to change this order or which articles are displayed on it.


Deals



 

 

Popular Deals: The most viewed deals from the website. Not necessarily the most redeemed deals.

3 Special Deals: The same as the above, only with 3 deals instead.

4 New Deals: The 4 most recent deals that have been added to the website.


Blog

3 Popular Posts: 3 most viewed blog posts from the website

Recent Posts: The most recent posts added to the blog section of your webiste.

Classifieds

Featured Classifieds with Right Banner: a Widget that will display classifieds that are under a Featured level, and also the area for a Square banner to be displayed.

3 Featured Classifieds: the same as the above, only with 3 featured classifieds and no banner.

Popular Classifieds: a Widget that shows the most viewed classifieds from the website.


Footer

Footer: the old-fashioned Footer Widget, containing just the menu items and some contact informations.

Footer with Newsletter: like said in the name, a regular Footer Widget with a newsletter signup form as well.

Footer with Logo: a regular Footer, only with your website’s logo displayed along.

Footer with Social Media: a Footer Widget that contains your Social Media pages such as Facebook, Instagram, etc.
