For the lower listing levels, advertisers can easily move to more lucrative paid plans. There are now two ways to do that.
The first one is to Increase the Visibility of your listings. For that, you’ll need to follow these following instructions:
1) Log in to the Sponsor Area
2) On the right side of the page, you will see an Increase Visibility button. Click on it.
3) On the next page, it will show you your selected plan (listing level) and other listing levels. Choose the listing level/plan you want and click the Continue button.
The second way is by upgrading the plan. Now in V13, your customers will find this option when editing their Listings: The features from other higher plans will be displayed with a padlock and a link to upgrade their plan.
Please, follow the step by step below to understand how it works:
Log in to the Sponsor Area and go to the Sponsor Dashboard.
Next, click on “Edit” at the Listing Badge you want to upgrade.
At the Listing editor page, please, click on “Upgrade my Plan”.
A Pop up will open. To send the Upgrade request, please, hit send.
After that, your request will be analyzed by the Site Manager and he/she will be in touch with you shortly sharing the next steps.
