We apologize for any errors related to billing. Since we depend on a 3rd party it can take a few days for a change in billing to be reflected, which is why we request a 15 day notice of cancellation, to ensure that future billings will have time to stop. 

However, if a charge is incurred we will refund the amount back to you within 2 business days of notifying us of the error. Please email our billing department if this issue occurs.
