Providing users with a seamless way to manage their subscriptions, including cancellations, is essential for a smooth user experience. If your eDirectory site is configured with Stripe as the payment gateway, users will be able to cancel their subscriptions effortlessly. Steps to Cancel a Subscription

Step 1: Sign In to Account

  1. Visit the Sign In page of your eDirectory site.

  2. Enter your credentials (email and password) and log in.

Step 2: Access Your Profile Dashboard

Once logged in, there are two ways to cancel a subscription:

  2. Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button.

Option 2: Cancel via Billing & Transaction History
  1. Go to Billing in your profile dashboard.

  2. Click on Transaction History.

  3. Under Transaction History, find the relevant transaction and click "View".

  4. On the transaction details page, select "Cancel Subscription".
